We spent half the day with a friend and their daughter today, Saturday at the pool. It was ninety-​two degrees so it was nice to cool off. The place was very crowded in the pool itself. We were able to find a spot to spread our stuff out and got in to the cool water.
The pool had lots of floating bugs in it and the chlorine was a little high, but what do you expect for a public pool, right. I didn’t eat from the snack bar since we brought our own snacks and a cooler, but our friend Dave said the selection could have been better with chips and sandwiches the main options with some beverages. It costs about 8 dollars a person or $ 4 after 4 (for 3 hours) so it is not really a cheap way to go, but we enjoyed ourselves and if I return I will go when it is less crowded.
