Do not trust this man! First of all, he has never been on time to a single meeting I’ve scheduled with him. This guy promised to complete repairs to a house two months prior to closing. In our final walk through, none of the repairs had been made. Mark signed an addendum at the closing saying he would cover the cost of the repairs. After finally replacing a window sash that he agreed to replace within 3 weeks after the closing, 3 weeks late. He’s decided he’s not responsible for anything else.
