miller’s has a great selection of meats that are consistently outstanding. some of my favorites here are the ham steaks, bacon, delmonicos, and hogmaw sausages. yes you heard me right — they have the delicious pa dutch recipe of hogmaw premade in a super easy sausage form that you can just defrost the package, put the sausages in a pan, add a little water and bake at 350 for about an hour without any of the hassle of real hogmaw. and it’s just as good as my gramma’s! my bf worships the ground i walk on when i «make» these for dinner…
their cuts of beef are all nice and they have a small dry goods area. they do have some lunch meats and deli salads. you can also get your deer processed here. wonderful family owned business with great customer service and prices are fair — just about the same as the grocery store but you get meat that was raised in the county and butchered by real people.
