Nubble Light Limo

Words cannot describe how amazing the service Nubble Light Limo offered my girlfriends and I this past weekend! Away in Kittery for a bachelorette party, we called on Friday night looking for a limo very last minute. This company was the only one in the area able to accommodate us. Our driver Kevin provided us the most fabulous night out. Giving us suggestions of places to go in Portsmouth and just rolling out the red carpet for us. We had so much fun, we even did the limo again for the second night!
We can not thank Kevin and Nubble Light Limo enough for an unforgettable weekend. Book with this company, you will not be sorry!!!

Extremely poor customer service. Limo had mechanical problems when it arrived to pick up students for prom and then proceeded to breakdown on the side of the road. Students had to get out of the car on the side of the road. Luckily another Limo service was near by and generously drove them the rest of the way. When I called Nubble Light Limo to discuss this issue, the woman immediately became defensive. Every time I tried to speak she would interrupt and begin yelling. She never once apologized for the inconvenience or stress that the breakdown caused the students on their special evening. She was extremely rude. I then asked to speak to the owner and her response to me was «oh, you’re speaking to her honey»! Very unprofessional. Can not believe the owner of a company would speak to a client in this manner. Would NEVER recommend using this company.

Nice Stretch limo and professional driver. Enjoyed the experience.
