Place was clean. Staff was rude. The billing was deceptive. This place is supposed to be an urgent care as well as a primary care facility. They accepted my insurance for a flue shot. The contract that they are supposed to honor with my company provided for free flue shots. They billed me 80 $. Eventually they worked with my insurance company and are currently charging me $ 28.85. This is a long way from free. I will never come back here again. I am still going to pursue some sort of insurance co and state complaint.

I’ve used this location for myself, my husband and my 3 children and I’ve never had a problem. We’ve always been seen very quickly and the care has been great. Everyone there seems to be friendly and concerned.

Hopewell Junction, NY
They billed me incorrectly after I told them twice what it should be. Then I was on a 60 day wait while they corrected it. Guess what… It wasn’t corrected.
