Pediatric Health Associates, PC

We were with Pediatric Health Associates for over a year. We made our payments on time with no problems. After we moved, we updated our address with the office and had our daughters medical records mailed to us at our new address, with no problems. Then we received a collection notice in the mail for $ 200 stating the insurance did not respond to them (even though we had no problems in the past with insurance with them). I called the office and they had on record that the bills they mailed us were returned to them stating permanent address change. They had our new address! They mailed our records to it! They also had our phone number on file. Seems very sneaky and suspicious that they turned the bill over to collections rather then sending it to the new address they had on file or calling us to let us know the bill was bouncing back and there was trouble with the insurance! We are very disappointed, this is such a dumb way to have a blemish on a credit report! They have no regard for the clients what so ever, and fault their clients for their own office mistakes! I would not recommend this place at all to anyone!
