Very, very disappointed, Don’t replace your watch battery at this place !!! They don’t use the right tools !!! Today, I had my Bulova watch battery replaced by a lady who didn’t know what she was doing she messed up my watch by scratching it with the tool that she used.

Great customer service, courteous staff. From the moment we walked in we were greeted & the lady that helped us was very patient with us as we looked at numerous bridal sets. Helped guide me as to styles as well. Friendly & Helpful with financing, and informative on terms & conditions, insurance plans for the rings. Took the time when we left to clean the ring (which we were told was as often as we would like) and package it in a beautfiul box with bow. Only problem I had 3 week’s after purchasing the ring, it has already lost a stone. Disappointing for something I plan on wearing for a lifetime. I had expected that possiblity down the road, not 3 weeks after purchase. Thankful I was advised to get the insurance plan that will replace the diamond for me, that is highly recommended if you make a purchase.
