Really good breakfast food! Quick to serve hot coffee and food came out within 10 minutes of ordering, despite being busy. Good place for a bite to eat!

Fast, pleasant service. Great value. We ordered the grilled chicken salad and a Greek gyro, both of which were good. The vegetables were very fresh. The Cole slaw that was a side to the gyro was very good, but wasn’t home made. I did see them refilling the ketchup bottles from a large commercial can of ketchup, which I have never seen before in a restaurant setting before.

I wish there was the option to give ZERO stars. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a diner. The place was disgusting. Do yourself a favor and keep on driving to the next diner. All I ordered was the«soup» of the day which was Cream of Crab– more like cement. It wasn’t soup, but more like cement or mortar, the soup DIDN’T MOVE. Absolutely disgusting. I sent it back to get the vegetable soup instead(but was still charged for the crab soup that I didn’t eat) I also got a house salad which was basically WET lettuce, red onion, 2 cherry tomatoes and 1 cucumber. Sorry the place was disgusting and I was unable to eat what I ordered. SAVEYOURMONEYANDGOSOMEWHEREELSE.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and grabbed a chicken soup which tasted homemade and had plenty of veggies and noodles. Service was fast and attentive.

Wife and I had been there several times for a couple of weeks and service and food was fine. Week prior I had eaten there and the steak was pretty good so I went back. Issue I had now was the lack of service. I ordered an appetizer and tea. Sat there looking at the menu and finally decided I wanted the New York strip. Sat the menu down and somebody else came and delivered the appetizer. Sat there and finished up the appetizer waiting on my waitress to come and finish taking my order. She never did. I just sat waiting and waiting, finally she came by and wanted to know if there was anything else I wanted. Told her I wanted a steak but now I’m tired of waiting, just give me the check. Went to pay and the young lady asked how was everything and I replied not worth a damn. She completely ignored what I said or pretended not to hear her. So I asked her if she wanted to know why I said that. She replied, «No, not really». The manager at that time came by and I told her what had happened and she could care less. No apologies, nothing.

Debbie is by far the best waitress in there. She’s always so attentive and sweet. Fast service, great food. My husband and I say they definitely have the best french onion soup in york.

Service was wonderful(I’m looking at you ashley) however, service alone can’t justify paying 9 $ for French toast. Two pieces of bread soaked in egg and thrown on a flat top grill. For 9 $. Add two eggs and some bacon or sausage and it balloons to $ 11.99 — I mean, what… is it specialty sprouted grain flour imported from France? Ridiculous.

Service is always good and fast even when they’re slammed. Everything I’ve ever had for breakfast, lunch or dinner here has been very good. Their french toast is the best. Their crab cakes are way better than you’d expect from a diner.

The food was not good, burnt bacon and freezer burned corned beef hash, and soggy French toast. This place is for drunk people at night. Other then that, they need a new cook.

my girlfriend and I love coming here after work. It’s always late(10pm and later) so it’s never busy but our servers are always super friendly and make good recommendations. We usually get breakfast foods and we always leave stuffed and not spending a lot of money.

Almost every Sunday you can find my son and I here using the free Wi-Fi…food is good, fast and hot with large servings… although, sometimes a little pricy. I don’t mind so much because of good, fast, hot and large servings. ;) I noticed some fella ranting about the restaurant being racist… blahahahahaha! As you can see I am lily white and my son is mocha brown… NEVER have we had a problem. I’m guessing ‘b*tchin’ fella’ had a pissy attitude. Anyways…between Lyndon and this diner, Around the Clock wins hands down.

We stopped at the diner near the end of a long travel day. After just missing the closing time of Cracker Barrel, we found this place using Unilocal.Initially, I was concerned because it only had a 3 star rating. But now, despite the fact that I’m dead-tired, I’m writing a review because our experience could not have been better. The staff was incredibly friendly, the atmosphere bright and clean, the service super-fast(probably faster than McDonald’s…our back-up option…), and the food was great! I had pancakes and my husband had eggs, home fries, bacon, and toast. If you’re looking for a great, quick meal while traveling, stop here!

This is a diner… not some fancy restaurant with linens. The lady at the information booth in the Harley factory recommended it. She said it was good, fast, and clean. It was all of that. My husband and I had the Greek gyro. It was delicious. One of our friends had the tuna in pita. She reported it as good with a generous serving of tune. Her husband got pancakes…3 huge babies. The waitresses were friendly and efficient. Good food at reasonable prices… just what«diner» is supposed to be. Would I go back? You bet!

Affordable, great service by the waitress. Delicious coffee and chocolate milk. I went there for a late-night dinner. I ordered the challah french toast(the only kind that deserves to be in a diner) with sausage. Sausage reminded me of the Banquet brand you buy in the supermarket. Very disappointed in that regard, perhaps I should have asked for bacon instead. For some reason the french toast had a saltiness to it, which I thought was very strange, but the low prices did not leave me much room to complain. Interior was classic diner.

The service was great we were seated as soon as we came in. The waitresses on point refilling out drinks all the time. The food was good, I had the home made French toast which was great two slices were huge and I could barely finish them. The bathrooms are clean and parking was great for the rods.

Affordable, fast, great service. We sat down for breakfast, the waitress was kind enough to bring hot water for our little girl & extra syrup for me. Portions are large. Omelettes & cinnamon pecan pancakes were scrumptious. Highly recommended. Coffee was also very tasty.

Gravy– taste and texture of the stuff you hack up when you’re sick Mashed potatoes– taste like potatoes… that were mashed (My boyfriend said«it’s impossible to mess up mashed potatoes but they’ll be damned if they don’t try») The rolls tasted like premade cooked rolls and turkey tastes like turkey. I like their hot chocolate and their coffee tastes like cheap coffee. In essence, their food tastes like disdain and years of hating to have to work in a kitchen. It’s like they tried to taste mediocre at best. The staff has always been nice, I like the quiet back room to study.

So I recently had to travel to York for a couple of nights. The first morning I ate breakfast at the hotel which was unfortunate, oh it was the Four Points by Sheraton. So the following day I went to the diner on the corner. Anyway I ordered the meat lovers omelette with wheat toast and coffee. So let’s begin with the coffee. I guess the kindest I can be is it was warm but then again so is urine right. The omelette and hash browns were a perfect study in bland. I am sure the individuals in the kitchen worked hard at their chosen trade to achieve such a fine example of bland. Feeling desperate I ordered a side of the sausage gravy to help hide the bland. I was looking forward to a fine sausage gravy with a nice peppery after note. However, the members of the culinary profession in the kitchen had outdone there previous example of bland and succeeded in creating a warm paste that had even less flavor than the omelette. For anyone thinking of eating at this fine example of garbage, actually that’s wrong as I’m sure garbage has more flavor, my only suggestion is don’t.
