Don’t know what that Bob’s problem was. They got our order exactly right. And we ordered for three people, various items (2 sandwiches, a coffee, a pretzel, mac-​n-​cheese bites, and another item or two I’m not remembering right now). Service was very friendly and pretty quick, too. We stop off at this Sheetz almost every time we drive up through the area and no complaints so far.

They don’t seem to be able to get orders correct and give you attitude for complaining about it. Been there twice and they messed up my order both times. Find a different Sheetz if you must shop at one.
