I took my desktop to Spartan on Memory lane, York. I received an incorrect work order by email. I emailed back the necessary correction. I went to pick up my computer, the work was incorrect due to no correction of the work order. Manager tried to justify error based on automated work order system. I had to make two trips. The work was never completed correctly after additional trips to the store.
I had to have Staples do some work for me while my computer was in the shop due to Spartan chaos. The manager didn’t care, I received no reimbursement. I contacted the owner who refused to honor my reasonable request. All this happened in a context of «we’re smart ands you are dumb» in a classic geek like manner.

We have the need to use this service several times to repair our Computer. They are honest and up front with you. They won’t fix it if it’s not worth fixing. Turn around time has been reasonable and when promised. We deal with Matt. Totally Happy with our experience with this business.
