Waited only about 10 min. Clean… saw pedi person clean water bin everytime customer was finished. Hubby was welcomed and felt comfortable. Looks like a happening place. I enjoyed my time here.

The first time I went, I was very happy with my nails and they lasted two weeks. The second time, I had a different person and my experience was totally different. I had to go back less than a week later for three nails to be repainted because the gel started to peel off! The next day, two different nails have peeled off. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

If there was a «no star» choice, I would do that. I was hanging out with my girlfriends because our relay team was going to states. We all had the same color, red with black CRACKLE.(our teams colors). The lady I got did a terrible job on my nails. The only thing she said was «You bite your nails.» Three times!!! She also cut them really short so they couldn’t be painted. Another lady came by and started destacting her. They were also laughing in a different language that I knew and it wasn’t very nice. When mine started to dry, my other friends were better than mine! Our nails were all the same length and didn’t hear the other ladies talking bad to them. I wanted to start crying, but didn’t want to look bad. Later, my nails looked chipped. But they were ok and somewhat nice.

Had a pedicure here today. Did not have to wait. Shop was clean. Staff was very friendly. I enjoyed my service. I’ll definitely return. Ivy was wonderful.

Very meticulous artists and clean facility. Love it!

I will never come back here. I don’t care how cheap their prices are if they are not using clean utensils. also the man who did my nails didn’t say even one word to me and even made me bleed. he cut my cuticle.

Why is it that nail salons have 8 stations and 10 pedicure chairs but only 4 people working… Waiting is a problem here.

I was traveling and it was unavoidable to go to a strange nail place. I am very particular about my nails and they did a GREAT job! Atmosphere was clean and modern. Staff was friendly and professional.

I have been going here since I moved to the area about two years ago. I would recommend asking for Ivy, Nikki, or her husband (unsure of his name). They really take good care of you and do an amazing job. I have never had any issues with them. I usually get basic gel mani/​pedis. Fair prices, friendly atmosphere.

My mom received a gift certificate from a family member, so we went together on July 4^th thinking, because of the holiday, we wouldn’t have a very long wait. Little did we know, a bridal party (4 – 6 girls) was getting ready to be serviced. The guy at the front desk told us to come back in an hour — didn’t ask if we wanted to schedule an appointment, what we wanted done, or anything. We actually came back later that day and they took us back right away (probably because I called to tell them we were coming back.)
The same guy from the desk did my nails. He didn’t interact with me the entire time he was doing my manicure, except to tell me that the color I had chosen for my nails was popular. He actually got up and left my station a couple times to get tools and check people out. I didn’t feel super welcomed or like he cared about my manicure — he pretty much rushed through everything. He left me so my nails could dry and never came back or said anything.
My manicure didn’t last 24 hours. This morning I woke up and noticed one of my nails was chipped, two of my nails broke during the day, and another chipped.
Two stars because my mom seemed to enjoy her pedicure.

Under new ownership now! Ivy is excellent! Been going to her for over a year! Her staff is amazing. Don’t let old reviews fool you, vip nails is phenomenal!

Best pedicure I have had in a long time. This is the only place that has successfully managed my calluses. Ivy is wonderful!

Next door to starbucks and excellent service. Don’t need more than that. New owners are so much better than before. Definitely my mani/​pedi place.
