Worked next to these guys at a beer fest… After smelling and watching the delicious product go out, I had to find out for myself… Soooo worth it! I’m sad I only tried the bubble waffles, the tater waffles looked to die for.

These guys straight up reinvent the waffle. I had the Mexi-​tater, which is shredded chicken marinated in taco seasoning on top of a waffle made from mashed potatoes instead of batter. Then the whole thing is topped with cheese and sour cream! So freaking good!
