Owner was very unprofessional. There were things left undone and mistakes made that she would not take responsibility for. I would not recommend this company to friends and I most definitely would never use them again.
Update:
Your first attempt to apologize and rectify this situation was not made until after reviews were made to Unilocal and Google. Also until after it was implied we would take our claim to BBB. Your first SEVERAL emails and phone calls were condescending and rude.
