I found the majority of the staff to be rude and unhelpful. It seems like an unprofessional environment where the turnover is high. Just when I get used to one person, I call back and she’s no longer there or isn’t available. It’s strange. A lot of the employees have a bad attitude and management is oblivious to the wants/​needs of their clients and staff.
Will not be returning.

got a manicure & pedicure here done by angie on saturday. while the appointment was much longer than i expected (about an hour for each service) angie really took her time and did a fantastic job. i’ve never had a nicer manicure and my feet are sandal ready! because the appointment happens in a treatment room it is very nice and relaxing — you don’t have tons of people around you and it’s very quiet. while the prices are a little higher than your average nail salon i think that this is justified by the quality of the service, cleanliness, and privacy/​relaxation factor.
