Clemente Cleaners

Closed today… surprise!
It’s snowing today, so Clemente dry cleaners is closed. Would have been great to know that ahead of time so I could have picked up my dry cleaning before leaving for a business trip. This isn’t the first time this has happened that they closed early or didn’t open without any notice.
I’ve stopped by a few times this morning since I don’t know if the owner is just running late or closed for the day (no sign, nothing on their website, no answer at their #).
I completely get that this is a family business, and completely get that bad weather makes travel difficult. Posting signs or a message on their voicemail isn’t rocket science, or putting something on their website, or facebook.
Every single store around them is open… I made it to the store myself three times today to see if they are open.
I’m done using this dry cleaner, it’s just too big a pain in the neck when they decide to not open without notice. I expect to be able to retrieve my dry cleaning within the hours they post on their door.
