First off the man trying to buy cat food here’s a wild thought if you can’t find it here then buy it somewhere else God forbid Mr. Tibbles doesn’t get his treats today, complaining about the cashiers as well its not their fault the registers are ancient they’ve been around since Caldor of course there gonna have some problems, the new staff have been nothing but helpful to me you guys are just those type of customers that give the employees a hard time because you old folks think you’re always right, if anyone thinks otherwise I’d love to hear it :)

Holy Cow, can it get any worse? I’m still coming here buying cat food, but the sentiment was they’re doing anything and everything to drive customers away. To purchase 1 simple item could take you 15 minutes on the checkout line. The piece de resistance was a cashier whose credit card swiper wasn’t working. Close the damn register, move to another and help some customers. I witnessed her try 6 or 7 times to swipe a card while telling the customer that her machine wasn’t working. When she finally managed to find a manager to void the transaction and return the card to the customer, she called the next person on line and started all over again. Really? In the words of Cris Carter, HOF Receiver, «C’Mon Man».

Can you give no star? This place is really terrible. Third world. I have no idea how this place stays in business.

They have a diverse range of products with reasonable pricing. If you need help looking for something or need information, your on your own. The ONLY employees that I see working there are 2 cashiers and 1 customer service person behind the counter.(Which are all kids) There is no one on the floor for any kind of customer service. The rare times that there might be ONE, is if for some odd reason they are stocking products. Even then, if you ask this person for assistance(which I have) a lot of them speak broken to no English at all.

Lots of stuff, and as I despise Walmart, this store gets the nod. The staff is pleasant and overall a much better feel than other big box stores
