I am writing this email to express my gratitude, appreciation and satisfaction of not only your company but your customer service as well. I absolutely fell in love with your Jolly Roger skull and crossbones men’s wedding band and decided to purchase it because I felt ‘this is the ring that I want to wear for the rest of my life!’ I received the ring in approximately two days after ordering it. However, I was a little upset because it didn’t fit. It happened to be too big. BUT your extremely user friendly website and effortless exchange procedure made it very easy for me to exchange my ring and the receive the correct size within a matter of days! When I sent my ring back to your facilities, I tracked it via USPS to make sure it got there in a timely manner. Within two hours of your facility receiving it, I received an email from your shipping dept with a new return tracking number. I must say, I was shocked and absolutely AMAZED on how fast the process was! My new ring was shipped out that same and I received it two days later. It fits like a charm! I absolutely love it and I cannot wait for my future wife to slip it on my finger in 7 more months! Thank you for your amazing service! I wanted a unique ring, and Forever Metals was one of three stores I could find that had what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I’ve never worn jewelry and so about 60 days after my purchase, I finally realized that the ring was just a bit too big. That was no problem during the summer, but I worried come winter it would just be incredibly loose.
I didn’t know what to do because it was past the exchange date but I emailed them anyway. The response was awesome. As long as the ring was clean, they’d do the exchange.
The quality of the ring is top notch. But it’s the customer service, when doing an online order, you also really want to think about, and this place has provided it for me throughout the entire transaction!

I can say with certainty that the customer service is excellent. I received my first ring within a few days of ordering it online. The fit was off (take their advice from the site and order a half size smaller than you think you wear), so I decided to exchange it.
Instead of going for the same ring, I chose a carved tungsten ring in the smaller size. The exchange process was a breeze. I paid the shipping costs and had my new ring a few days later. The new ring fit perfectly and I like the carved look better than the laser etched pattern, which looked a little too perfect for my taste.
What I can’t speak to is the quality of the ring. I chose tungsten because it’s extremely durable and less expensive than a traditional ring made from a precious metal. I did enough research to know that the cheap tungsten rings are made with cobalt and may cause permanent skin discoloration over time. Nickel seems to be the preferred binder. Forever Metals had the design I liked and the price wasn’t too much more than other websites I checked out online. Still, I’m not sure if I’m wearing the quality I paid for, or not. I guess all that matters is that I’m happy with it. Which I am.

Forever Metals is the place to go to get your wedding jewelry. They are AMAZING! Their customer service is top notch and shipping is quick! I had issues with my sizing and the ring width and they bent over backwards to ensure I got the right ring in the right time. I could not be happier with this company.
