This is the worst dunkin location I have ever been to, the drive-thru wait is just awful and it’s only because of the slow processing. And now it’s been more than just a few times they gave me crappiest latte. I try not to stop here, but it’s sad for me that this is the closest one to me. I will drive a couple miles to mineral ridge for star bucks or even dunkin Hate this place, I hope dunking headquarter does something about this.

Never had a bad experience here, everyone seems nice. Of course fast food is always a risk since typically they’re run by teenagers and the high turner overrates means they’re usually training. Place is clean, typical of what you’d expect at a Dunkin.

came here several times while in Ohio on vacation in July. It’s only a few short minutes from my mom’s house and closer than Starbucks. Thank you for getting me hooked on the Caramel Iced Coffee… so much that I signed up for the card. Thank you for making it so good that I did NOT taste sugar granules(as I did the two times I came to the one in Vegas… ICK). The drive thru seemed to ALWAYS have a crazy line but seemed to move fairly fast(I always went in but when I would come back out the line would be just about gone). Had one donut during one of my visits. Was just ok. The store was clean and the staff was friendly enough.

I’m not sure what that woman is talking about and honestly I’m not sure how this dunkin only has one review. This is by far the best dunkin I’ve been to around here. My order is always correct, my food is always delicious, and my coffee is consistently wonderful. The entire staff is kind and courteous and never give me a hard time. Sometimes the wait time in the morning is a bit long, but I’m just happy they are getting a lot of business.

I hate to even give this place ONE star. That is more than they deserve. I used the drive-through and we ordered the same meal but with different coffees. Neither were complicated so it shouldn’t have been a big ordeal like it was. My husband received all that he ordered correctly(and poorly made.) We got to the window and they didn’t «hear» the second order of the same meal with the second coffee, so we told them at the window. Again, these people forgot my coffee so I leaned over and told him a large mocha is all I wanted. He then replied, «a large coffee?» No! A damn MOCHA! Seriously… you work in a coffee shop and don’t know what a mocha is?! He finally acted like he understood and handed me a regular coffee with cream and sugar. The coffee wasn’t even good so then anger commenced and I literally threw my coffee on the ground and continued to curse them the whole way home while eating their disgusting food. The hash browns were burned BTW. How do you burn something you have set on a timer?! Incredibly disappointed with this place. I can understand the food being shit but not the coffee. Remember, these people believed their pay should be raised because«they deserve it.» Hell no. If you can’t perform one simple job in a your miniscule customer service job, you hardly deserve a check at all.
