Oh how pretty! The flower garden is a hidden gem in Youngstown, Ohio. Nested upon a hill in Mill Creek Park, there is a large garden featuring roses, trees, fountains, shrubbery, and many kinds of flowers. There is a lookout point over the city and lake, a large gazebo, and walking paths. You may run into a few wedding parties because it’s a perfect location for pictures. You can walk around the garden, which is completely free. They also have a relatively new conservatory that has a café and gift shop. Depending on the time of year, the Christmas light display in the winter is worth exploring. It can be a little nippy though.

A pleasant garden in the middle of an up and coming neighborhood. Lots of different sections to explore and of course lots of flowers. This is a nice place to visit if you are nearby, but otherwise I wouldn’t make it a trip destination if you are over an hour away.
