I love Old Navy, I shop here twice a month for my son, and on occasion my husband. Things are a bit pricy but I love their fabric especially for the kids clothing. It never fades or comes undone in the seams. The parking lot is crowded, that’s why I park in front of the other shops, either walk a few extra feet, or complain about it lol but it’s worth it. Plus I always get 10% discount :)

Not a lot of merchandise, and really expensive. I agree with Rikki M… Old Navy, in general, has become really pricey for less than good quality. In this store it was especially evident. Their sale selection was tiny, though I did get some pants and a shirt for myself for under $ 10. Luckily my friend had an employee discount here or else this would have been a waste of time.

The parking lot here is enough to make you not want to shop here. It’s busy, and hard to pull in and out of. If you can manage the parking lot, then here is a review of the store you are about to go into. What happened to Old Navy? Hip and trendy it was in the early 2000’s. Their fleece was the best and the pricing was great. Nice quality made clothing for a cheap price. You couldn’t beat it. Now Old Navy is different. Khaki’s for 30 dollars? Aeropostale has them for 19 dollars and they are made better. Fleece shirts for 20 dollars?! Spend an extra 10 and get a better made one from Columbia or Lands End. The commercials for this store are enough to make me want to call DirecTV and cancel my service. They are that annoying. This location seems to have a ton of last seasons clothes marked down in the back of the store. I would like to say they are marked down but when I last visited they had stuff marked down ten percent if even, and I highly doubt someone is going to buy a bikini in December. Why not just mark the crap way down and put out some new stuff? The customer service here could be better. I asked for a shirt that I had seen at a location towards Pittsburgh. A mere 30 minutes away. The lady told told me that they didn’t carry the shirt I was looking for and Pittsburgh must have different clothes. Meanwhile I found the shirt on my own. So much for thinking Pittsburgh carries trendier clothing than Youngstown.
