This was absolutely the BEST customer service ever. My dad had a terrible virus, he is elderly and was so upset. Called PC Doctor and spoke to Matt (who was wonderful). Took the computer out to their shop at 4:00. It was ready the next day at 4:00 — good as new. Matt, Tony & Cameron couldn’t have been more professional and helpful. Great prices too. Saved my 91 year old dad much heartache.
