Don’t expect them to call you back after they promise to do so. I called early in the morning with severe back pain and was assured that I would be called that day. HA! Glad I went to the ER, called them back at 3pm to find the office closed and they had never called. So much for concern for patients. Guess since I’m not 80+ yrs old it’s ok for me to be in pain. I’ve gone there for years, I’ll be finding a new doctor now. Don’t go here, unless you like to have your problems ignored.
