I make many purchases on line for my motorcycle. I ordered a set of plasma lights and 2 converters. When my HD dealer said that they wouldn’t fit my bike I sent them back. This was after many phone calls from my dealer to custom dynamics as well as several from me. Upon custom dynamics receiving my returned order they charged me $ 33.00 for«processing» the merchandise back into their inventory. I called & spoke to Lynn, who identified herself as a supervisor and all she did was talk over me, act unprofessionally, be rude & couldn’t be bothered with my call. I’d really like the CEO’s email address so that I can make the owners aware of how I was treated. I will NEVER order another thing from this company and I will make sure that those who I ride with don’t use this company either.

I live in Miami, but I buy many personal stuffs online. I believe that great customer service by phone when dealing with someone miles away from you is equally important as face to face interaction. This was my case with this company, especially Kim, who was patient and knowledgable about the products I needed for my motorcycle. Few phone calls and a couple of emails were enough to help to decide the best option in my case and the right products for my bike. I’m beyond pleased with Kim’s dedication and service. Definitely, I’ll consider buying from this company again based on my first experience. PD: prices are very reasonable.

I recently ordered the HD Tour Pak GEN2 Magic Brake Light Flasher and was amazed at the fantastic service. I paid for standard shipping, 3 – 5 business days, but the same day I ordered it I got an email telling me the item had shipped, and it showed up at my house the next day. This was easily the best online ordering experience I’ve ever had! And, the part works great. I love the plug and play aspect; it took me all of 5 minutes to install it. This was my first time buying anything from Custom Dynamics, but won’t be my last.
