Trendz the Salon Spa

So I saw the website for this salon online and it looked great. all Aveda and dermatologica products etc so I decided to cough up the 74 bucks for a facial and go there… first of all I couldn’t even find it cuz it’s actually a house converted into a salon. so I walk in and it’s cluttered like crazy with no room to even walk. I guess they are trying really hard to make you buy their products. then they take me into the waiting room which is this tiny room upstairs with nasty carpeting and tacky decorations, hardly what I thought a salon would look like. I was thinking twice about getting the facial but figured it might be good still. the lady who did my facial just told me to undress asked my concerns about my skin and that was the all she said to me the whole time. she kept applying n wiping off… then she hardly even did any extractions. I had to ask her umm aren’t u supposed to do the other side of my face as well? it was the biggest waste of money n prob one of the worst facials I’ve ever had! I’ve actually been breaking out ever since I got it more than before! I won’t recommend this place to anyone!
