I just moved from Aspen Chase. My daughter and I lived there for 4 years. The management was professional and kind, and the maintenance was absolutely fabulous. Everytime I had a problem, they were there within that day. Nice neighbors in my breezeway, Most of us were long term residents. Yes like any apartment complex there are issues, but I always felt safe. My daughter and I simply outgrew the space and needed another bathroom so I actually found people to take my lease and management was excellent with that and made the transition easy. Hats off to the maintenance crew that made sure the apartment was in tip top condition when the new tenants arrived. Cons would be pool not always open, or the closed sign would be up and it would really be open. Laundry cards could only have money added at office not laundry rooms, too few washers and dryers per building. All in all though a good place to live.

The new management team is much better in my opinion. These upstair so called couples got into fist fights and it did not take long for even the older team at the office to evict them. congrats!

Ghetto-fabulous. The pool is routinely closed. The washer & dryer are routinely out of service too. Maybe that’s because there’s one washer & dryer per twelve 2-bedroom apartments(i.e., approximately one washer & dryer per 24 people, so if it ran constantly 24 – 7, you’d only have a 7-hr window to do your laundry each week). The police frequently respond to domestic violence & other complaints. In the winter, the sidewalks are rarely cleared in a timely & reasonably safe manner.
