Air conditioned, new machines — clean and an attendant on duty. If you HAVE to go to a laundromat this would be a good choice. There are couches. (be careful they are not in good repair, one is missing the support and sitting down means sitting way, way down!)
But the price are good. — 4 load washer for $ 4.00 and the machines are newer and wash well. Open till midnight. Just get some more comfy chairs and get rid of the broken couch.

If you’re looking for laundry drop-​off service, check this place out. I usually bring a few loads of laundry here twice a month. Fill out a form, add any special instructions for your laundry and you’re on your way out! It usually takes 3 – 5 hours for the laundry to be done, but when you take it home it will already be folded and sorted!

I was staying in the Dorms at EMU for a summer program and before going home I wanted to arrive in NYC with clean clothes so I found this great spot right on the corner of the campus next to Ann St.
I walked in and found a clean, bright, and well-​cared for space with lots of machines, front and too loading perfect for your washing needs!
It has an ATM, a bill changer, and coin changer, WITH DIXIE CUPS for your change!
I found two front loading machines, purchased some Tide and got to 2 machines.
A quick 20 minute wash and an 8 minute .25 cent wash I was in and out in 40 minutes with 2 loads done!
I will return when I come back to Ypsilanti, to get my clothes perfectly clean for a great deal!

I am very disappointed in this laundromat. The reviews were so good, and yet…
The parking lot was pretty empty however every single washer was filled save 3. What wasn’t filled was out of order. The place was really cramped and I was surprised to see an elderly gentleman pouring pine sol into a machine with his rugs. I left as quickly as I could and noticed when I got home that my clothes were soiled. White shirts were dingy instead of white, brand new clothes (never washed) had stains. I shall shout my dissatisfaction to the masses. Don’t ruin your things, go somewhere else.
