Huron Ophthalmology

I went to Huron Ophthalmology for a diabetic retinopathy exam as my eyesight was not very good for the last three months. Scheduling the appointment was not a problem and got in very quickly. I saw Dr. Barry Fuller and come to find out the reason for my poor vision. I had cataracts! I had no idea someone my age (48) could get cataracts but apparently some of the prescription drugs I’m on can cause this. Surgery was scheduled very quickly (I was lucky there was a cancellation). The actual surgery only took about 15 minutes and what a difference!!! It’s like I can see clearly for the first time! I couldn’t be happier. The day after I went for my post-​op exam and Dr. Fuller was very pleased with the way everything looked and I scheduled my other eye for the near future. I can’t wait for the surgery on my other eye!!! The procedure is painless and afterwards very little soreness. I would recommend highly!!!
