If I could post a zero I would… The service any time we have visited there has been slow, often the store looks to be understaffed. But this one trip was what put me over the edge and I will never be visiting again. We drove thru to order an 8 piece family meal. We weighted about 5 minutes for someone to take our order, there was a car behind us as well. Finally after someone came on to take our order, the car behind us pulls out passes us and pulls up to only drive thru window while we are finishing our order. We pulled up behind them wondering what was going on, next someone comes to the window and takes there order at the window and leaves us waiting while they fill there order… Shocked by what had just happened, we decided to leave. I call the restaurant and a Jamal answers the phone, I tell him what happened and he hangs up on me. So I call back to ask for a manager, Jamal answers again and says that he is the manager, then come the excuses, first one is that they have no video of the drive thru so he didnt know someone just cut passed us, I asked him how he couldnt tell my male voice from the female voice who cut, and if they didnt cut wouldnt they have ordered at the speaker. Jamal didnt have an answer for me and kept saying he had no video of what happened in the drive thru line. He then proceeded to tell me that he was alone, because everyone called off. Which still is no excuse why he served the cutting customer over us. I will never be visiting again and will be putting in complaints to his superiors and the KFC corporate office…

Every time I go there I end up disappointed. The workers I’ve encountered are confused and unorganized. I’m always missing something from my order so I make sure I check before I leave. As well, they don’t have some menu items and the prices are different than what are actually on the menu. It’s a very bad KFC.

Service was terrible!!! The lady at the register(Harmony) was extremely rude and hateful! Harmony forgot our mashed potatoes and when I went to get them, she asked me what size. I told her the receipt says large. She apparently didn’t believe me and asked to see it, which was offensive. Did I mention she was as slow as a snail? Yeah she totally was! Then she didn’t bother to say thank you or sorry, or anything. For management to allow her to continue to work there says volume for the type of management that is there. Biscuits were hard and cold. Go somewhere else. This place is a joke!

This has to be the worst KFC I have ever ate at and I have been to quite a few over the years. Almost every time I go to this KFC they are out of something and try to barter with you get you spend your money with them even though they are always out of what you ask for. Today was my last visit because they decided to close up shop at 9:45pm when the sign clearly states they close 10pm. I pulled up at exactly 9:45pm and had to speak into the mic and ask«are you open?» A guy responses right away and says«sorry sir we close at 10» I said«you know its 9;45 right?» There was a pause and he says back to me «sorry were closed». I said well thanks for letting me sit here and having to ask before you told me that and I will be contacting corporate about your consistent bad service. I got no response and as I drove around I got a cold stare from the guy looking out of the drive through window. I suggest if you want KFC to head over to the restaurant on Rawsonville Rd. in Belleville or the Washtenaw Ave location all the way across Ypsilanti. I will tell everyone to boycott this KFC and I hope corporate soon reacts to the treatment myself and many others have had to put up for so many years. STAYAWAY! JUST A HORRIBLEEXAMPLEOF A KFC!!!

I’ve been a periodic customer of this KFC for many years. My experience has been consistently positive overr the past decade. Since KFC is a national chain, this is not the venue to assess KFC food but to compare this store against the average KFC store. We, my family, nearly dropped off to a few visits a year, due to the high fat, salt, deep frying nature of the food. We are back since KFC introduced the grilled chicken. This Ypsilanti store is specially challenged after nearby Kroger was remodeled & got new general management. The Kroger deli is one of the best in the chain. Its much better priced, fresh fried, barbecue and baked children is real competition for KFC. In fact, the deli prepared chicken is significantly fresher than KFC. It never sits under heat lamps as long as chicken does at KFC. Frequently you can get prepared chicken at Kroger for less than half what it costs at KFC! Comparing this KFC with others, it stands out. My drive up window orders are always correct(unlike the poor service at nearby McDonald’s & Happy’s) & the staff is always pleasant. Food quality is consistent with KFC corporate standards. I rate this particular KFC above average compared to other KFCs, which I find provide a consistently better service standard than either McDonald’s or Burger King.
