I have been to many places throughout the US and other countries where you can find a McDonalds. This is hands down the very worst Ive been to enough times to comment on it. The staff is rude on a good day, plainly nasty on a normal day, and beyond reproach on a bad day. If there were a way to provide a negative star-rating I would. The building itself is poorly maintained inside and out and to say it is «dated» inside would be akin to saying that eating out has changed in the last 100 years. If you go inside you find yourself among a group of very dissatisfied people, all waiting ridiculously long and most often being ignored. The chances of getting what you asked and paid for are worse than casino odds. On my last trip through the drive through, which I promised myself would be exactly that, I was overcharged for things I asked for but did not get, and worse, was not addressed even once. At window one, an employee took cash from my hand like taking something important from a fire. I was given change in the way that a person casually tosses pocket coins to the needy. No receipt. At the next window, I was given food that was not what I asked for(of course it was to my own financial loss, not theirs) by a human being that should probably consider working in any field except those which require contact with other people. It is seriously astonishing to drive away feeling like you have somehow done something wrong by giving your money to a place of business in return for a product, regardless of what it is. Under what circumstances should the staff of a for-profit organization treat their customers so poorly for simply visiting? Proximity to home/work fooled me into trying this location a few times and I have learned that I would rather drive a hundred and fifty miles to the closest place for«fast food» than go nearby to this sad little affair. If the original, well-meaning family that gave birth to this international icon were alive today they would shut this location down faster than anyone working there could even attempt to defend their absurd behavior. While I am not a student at Easter Michigan, I feel worse for those who are as they are systematically taken advantage of even off campus as this is one of those locations that do not participate in most nationally advertised promotions. Remember the $ 10 Any Size Soda? Never at this location. I finally decided to share this after my «Two for $ 5» ended up being $ 14. How does ordering two of the $ 5 combo options come to $ 14? I asked for something taken off and it wasnt, and still ended up paying nearly $ 3 in rude-tax I guess. If only I was given a reciept. In short, this place sucks and I would drive by it as if it did not even exist. If the movie Poltergeist ever had poetic justice, this would be the address that got sucked into the flashy blue lightning along with the Spirit of Absolute Hatred(of course, all employees who were under its spell were saved in a plot-twist) that seems to be the creed there.

Service was slow, took about 2minutes to be acknowledged, 5 more minutes to get my fries. Kind of dirty inside too.

I don’t eat fast food very often, however, after visiting this McDonalds a few times over the last year, I can assure you they are the slowest McDonalds. I ordered a coffee at the drive thru and knew I would wait because there were 2 cars in line ahead of me. After waiting 6 minutes without getting to the pay window much less the food window, I got out of line and left.

Went to this place for lunch. Servers took 5 min to even acknowledge you were there and when they did they weren’t nice about it. I would also like to know why this is the only McDonald’s that locks their bathrooms? Why would you need to do that?

My parents are regulars here. They stop here every morning; seven days a week! The workers here treat my parents well so I can’t not give them 5-stars!

This place is bottom of the barrel McDonalds. I’ve had a few hinky problems with this McDonalds in the past but after awhile I seem to forget and stop in for convenience sake and most times regret it. Last time was giving me a slice of cheese and a slice of pickle between a bun instead of the double cheeseburger I ordered. Didnt notice till I got home and when I went back in a huff they refused to fix it without a receipt which they cleverly did not give me. What takes the cake is that the dimwitted slack-jawed manager knew about the mistake with my order(It was less than 10 minutes from my order till I was back complaining) but didnt like my ‘tone’. Said ‘the girl is new’ whatever that means. Don’t know which person doesn’t know meat goes in a cheeseburger, the cook? Hopefully the villagers will arise with torches and pitchforks and drive this particular McDonalds into the sea.
