Everyone has been courteous, informative, and professional. I’m a senior. I am very happy with my 2 pairs of single-​vision prescription glasses. Best prescriptions in quite a while. The optometrist is top-​notch. She explained everything she found (and didn’t find) and answered whatever remaining questions I had, always in a professional but personable manner. I didn’t have to wait a long time for an appointment, and my wait time has always been minimal. I saw a sign there the last time I was in saying that walk-​ins were welcome, so it looks like you might not have to make an appointment.
Meijer Optical runs good sales. My glasses were ready in 1 ½ weeks — earlier than the 2 weeks expected. I liked the selection of frames. The Optician Manager let me take plenty of time picking them out and suggested a few that might work, given my preferences.
Keep in mind that this is a doctor’s and optician’s office within the large Meijer store, close to the entrance.
It has been a pleasure being their patient/​customer. I would recommend their services to anyone.
