William helped me with a speeding ticket this summer and not only did he get it completely dismissed, but he was also extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. He answered all my questions thoroughly (I had a lot) and always got back to me quickly and professionally. So grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him to others.

William Duncan is a great attorney and I highly recommend him! He did everything he could do to help me out with the case and got me the result that I was hoping for! He got my misdemeanor traffic ticket dropped to just a regular speeding infraction. I never even had to appear in court, William went to all of my court dates for me which really helped considering I live out of the state that this charge was in. I would without a doubt hire William Duncan again and recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney!

Worst attorney I have ever used.
I got a speeding ticket on the 5 in Yreka. Hired Duncan to deal with it. FEDEXed cash retainer. Never got a rep form, or receipt (have FEDEX receipt). Was offered traffic school by court, but he told me he would take care of it. He forgot. More headaches. Had to clear an FTA.
Final court date approached, I had to remind him the day before. Guilty. WTF. No attorney would have been better; at least I would have been able to do school. Be forewarned.
