WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! First they dont have my car reservation, then they cant refund me, I have to call corportate my self and be put on hold for 20 minutes to fight for a refund, you dont have my reservation and leave me stranded, they least you can do is get me a refund, never again!

The staff is so nice. They go out of their way to help you. The nice little DC store inside the building is nice. I always have a great experience when I rent a car from them. Some of the policy’s suck but that’s not the staffs fault. The employees are friendly. They do their best to get you in and out. I love coming here. Make sure you get a car ahead of time they are really busy.
