Best place to shop in siskiyou county. Not Only Great Selection But quite possibly the best sales person I have ever encountered in my life. I-iecha Borg not only showed me where to find exactly what I was looking for but recommended several items that were perfect for me. I will go back repeatedly to get good quality cloths and great help from great employees such as I-iecha.

I had 5 minutes to run in here and grab a shirt for work. I found a staff member and told them exactly what I wanted, the size and the color. The staff member ran and grabbed it and met me at the check stand. I was out the door and on my way. They even used a coupon to make it a little cheaper for me. That is great customer service. I will be back when I need more work clothes.

A-OK rating because I hope they don’t leave town: I might need them one day. I visited for the first time a few days before Christmas. I was first disappointed by the lack of, well.. . the lack of everything. It is such a small store that there wasn’t much selection. Considering the size of the store, I think they did a nice job with the selection they do have. I waited around for a while in the shoe department looking for help but none came. Then I went to the mens department but didn’t find any pants in my size. I guess I’ll still have to go to Medford. Finally, I was disappointed with the cashier that rang up my order. She seemed to be put out to help me. I tried to make conversation with her, but she just wasn’t a people person I guess. Granted, this is a busy time, but this store was not busy while I was there.

Probably one of the more sad JCPenney’s you’ll see but with limited options I say it’s A-OK. Your other option would be Walmart or one of the second hand shops downtown.
