Root Automation

Took my sick computer in with very specific instructions on what NOT to delete off computer. After several days of no contact, called company. Was told problem and we reminded the employee how to deal with the issue (the issue was too much data on the computer, told him to delete a certain very large data file). Called numerous times over the next several days to check on progress. When the computer was ready, we went in and paid the $ 150 for the fix. Got the computer home and it had the same problem. Returned the computer, The guy fixed it again in our presence. Got it home and the information we told him not to mess with had been messed with, and all of my programs had been deleted, without permission. Besides the long wait (over 2 weeks, over the New Year), the thought of having to spend probably 15 hours to add back all those programs and get all that data back where it belongs due to a smartassed kid not following directions perturbs me. If you need your computer fixed in Yreka, DO NOT GO TO ROOT AUTOMATION!!! It is over his head. He only knows the easy fix regardless of how it will impact you. He also had bad «bedside manner,» if you know what that means.
