This place has good prices on produce but smells horrible in there like dead rat! Every time I have went there it stinks so bad. I think they place can use a good clean, doesn’t look like they clean much.

When this store first opened it was clean and well stocked and the shelves were neat and orderly. Now the store has messy floors, I wonder if they ever have them cleaned. The produce department is never stocked later in the day, it seems they have cut the labor and that is what every customer loves at a retail store: sarcasm:. I have been to the Roseville and it is 100% better than the Yuba City location. Even the Sacramento store on Stockton Blvd, which is not in the best location, has well stocked produce and the store is cleaner. They have just let this store get run down.

This place is great, but the women’s bathroom one of the stalls lock needs to be fixed, toilet paper, and seat covers. Tried looking for someone to let them know, but couldn’t find anyone. Their idea of toilet paper was napkins, and they were all over the floor.

Same as dollar tree except they carry more items, foods/freezer items, fruits and veggies. Parking lot is a bit crazy and random weirdos hanging out. Lines can be long but worth the value.

Under new management so the pallets that have been all over the floor are no longer there. Fresh produce every Tuesday Thursday and Saturday and general merchandise every Monday Wednesday and Friday. Always something new to look at.

Great 99 cent store. If u can, come in early to get good produce before it’s gone. Some of the items that I’ve gotten: Bagged and pre washed salads($ 1) Persian cucumbers Axe men’s deodorant($ 6 at other stores) Quaker fruit medleys(granola bars)(over $ 4 at other stores) Nice pic frames Water toys for kids Coconut chips both regular and chocolate dipped-a real bargain if u r eating healthy Grapefruit-(2 jumbo size for a $ 1) All kinds of teas Thick sliced bread for French toast($ 3 or more at regular stores) Some items r $ 1.99 both not a lot) My daughter just got a Father’s Day mug for $ 1. The only negative is long lines but it’s worth it since u r saving so much money.

I can’t hate it. I come here seems like 4 times a week. It’s the closest grocery store to my house Variety I give a C, staff C, not very knowledgable about there items. Cashiers are quiet, but not rude. There customer base isn’t exactly the rich so I could see how they would keep to themselves although I do see them get friendly with the people they like. Only real bummer is OMG standing in line there takes forever. About 10 – 15 to get to the register. Only reason I give it 3 stars. Almost better to go to another store but if your strapped for cash, it’s not bad. Their canned foods also need a boost best item is there almond coconut cookies in the pink box! So good!

Alway LOVE a good bargain for anything that cost just a $ 1 what a great deal! Visit this location on 8−16−14 at approx. 11:45AM. Lets just say this place was complete chaos~ Kids playing with new merchandise(with no adult supervision) I was actually«hit» by a plastic sword as I was walking down an isle by some little girl! Store was a mess, thing scattered about throughout the store. The floors needed at-least a good«three times over» being mopped and cleaned. Produce looked average and yes, we did get what we came in for. I have seen better looking .99 Cent Stores. This one could use a little TLC.

Visited here on several occasions and the checkout is VERY slow. Almost appears as if the cashier’s go out of their way to take their time despite long lines. On my most recent visit there were 4 lanes open, all with hefty lines, and suddenly 3 of those 4 lanes abruptly closed, making things even worse. Additionally, not all items are $ 1.00 at this store.

Good descent place. I don’t know what to say. Its the same thing as Dollar Tree, just different brand name. And the shoppers here isn’t that bad looking compared to the shoppers at Wal-Mart. Lol. Came here to buy deodorant. Super cheap. #YOLO

This store is bright, sunny, well organized, and has a huge produce section with out fruit flies buzzing around. Some of my great finds: Littlest Pet Shop toys($ 4.99 Toys R Us) Fiber one bars($ 3.50 Target) Betty Crocker Suger Cookie mix($ 2.99 Nob Hill) Woollite Fabric Softener sheets 40 count($ 3.99CVS) Organic tomatoes dry pint($ 3.29 Trader Joes) the list goes on… and on… great saving here.

WOW! I am really impressed with this place, mainly because of the variety of products they have. I find it awesome that they have a fresh vegetable section and fridge/freezer section. This place kicks the dollar stores but! Problems… place is not well kept up by staff. I only grab a hand basket because it’s such a pain in the a$$ to get around with a cart. There are always boxes in the isles or things that ppl have dropped on the ground and heaven forbid pick up! Staff is touch & go… the cashiers seem to be the nicest people in the store(maybe they are on top of the food chain.) But the staff that is working the floor and stocking could typically give a rats a$$ about you and what you are looking for. Pro — HELLOITS A 99CENTSTORE! Its HUGE! They sell fresh vegetables. Nice size parking lot. They have a little bit of everything.

IMHO, soooo much better than any Dollar Tree. More name brands and a bigger selection of products in general. This 99 Cent Only store is HUGE. There is plenty of parking around the back. Bonus: it has a fresh fruit and veggie section! I recently bought avocados and apples… both were totally fine,(read: not rotten) and made so much more delicious by the price. Woohoo! They also sell yogurt, eggs, and individual fruit popsicles. Mango = nuuuum. Not everything is a bargain, mind you, but with some careful buying(read: not going ape-ess and buying everything just ’cause it’s a dollar) you could totally find some screamin’ deals. Speaking of food, I’ve never seen so many canned goods and spices at a discount store! Hhhmm, canned palm hearts? Ya know what… at $ 1.00, Imma give ‘em a whirl. Verdict: Go take a look; you’ll have a tough time finding some other place where you will feel as wealthy with a $ 5 bill in your pocket
