Bought my phone at this location(LG Neon) back in October and didn’t have nearly the bad experience the previous reviewer had. I suspect that might be a question of the sales staff. The young man that helped me was nice, friendly, and helpful. I’m happy with my phone and glad I went with this AT&T location. My only real complaint(and the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars) is it was a little hard trying to find a phone without a data plan. I’m not sure if it’s just AT&T or the industry itself but I don’t want to pay $ 100+ for a cellphone bill every month. Luckily the young guy who helped me was nice enough to show me the phones that didn’t require one. Other than that, I was perfectly happy with my purchase.

Ugh. where to start. Went in on St. Patty’s day to get a new IPhone was helped by the rudest sales rep. EVER! She mentioned more then once that she was in a rush cause she was supposed to be off already. She made it very clear she didn’t have the time to answer my questions. We left the store already feeling buyer remorse. Then I happened to stop by a Best Buy in my area and found out that the A T & T Wireless rep. flat out lied to us on many basis. I decided to return my Iphone at the A T & T Wireless store and ran into a pile of problems. At first the manager didn’t want to admit that his sales rep. messed up and didn’t want to give me a full refund. After arguing back and forth we finally got all our money back and went to Best Buy and got my phone through the rep. there. BUYERBEWARE!
