This was my go to — but now they do not support small business — they are too busy and only want large contracts. Response time is not acceptable. I have been loyal to this company since it began with the original owner — but the new owner and format is not about supporting the little companies any longer… sorry because Jeff and Christian are amazing techs that I trust but have been required to find new service.
If you are not in need of service quickly then they are someone to consider — really bummed about this!

I dropped off my daughters laptop because it was overheating. I was sure that it needed new fan (s) and would cost me about $ 200. After a thorough cleaning the machine works fine, doesn’t overheat, and it cost a reasonable $ 45.
