Lets start from the beginning. We REALLY needed to replace our HVAC system. I called several shops in the area and «At Your Service» provided us a quote. Brian was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to fully explain the choices available. They are also the only company that was recommended by other HVAC companies in the area (That’s right, the competition recommended them).
We accepted the bid. Getting the project and paperwork started was very easy.
They (Brian, Ken, Colton) arrived early to start the installation. Everyone was friendly and patient with all of my questions (I have never had a HVAC system installed). They were very efficient in getting the work done and cleaned up after themselves very well. I am pretty anal about most things, and I can’t fault them with any of the work.
Most times it is the small things that make a difference. Ken took the additional step of mounting the condensate pump on the side of the furnace housing when it would have been easier to put it on the floor. All of the changes in the ceiling or walls for the new equipment were done professionally and look very clean/​good.
At the end of the project, the testing and paperwork were completed very quickly and the work area was spotless. Brian completed the PG&E paperwork and testing for the rebates, and was so confident in his work that he asked me to allow PG&E to perform a quality audit on my project (If PG&E asked).
They now have a new customer for the time I live in their service area. This is a local company that I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends/​family.

Bryan did a great job at explaining the pros and cons to different types of installations and equipment differences and then went above and beyond to design a custom system that will give us everything we were looking for and then some. I first encountered At Your Service at the local home and garden show. I then heard good things about them from a friend. So when my AC went out and the whole system had to be replaced I contacted them and two other companies for an estimate. The first company wasn’t licensed. The second company was a larger company and while they seemed very competent they had a more high pressure sales pitch. At Your Service came out and gave me a written estimate without any pressure. After reviewing all the estimates I selected At Your Service because they were less expensive, local and easy to deal with. Once selected, the scheduling was very easy to accomplish and the installation happened right on schedule. The workers were very efficient and careful. They system has been up for a month or two and seems to be working great! In this day and age it’s so difficult to get someone to follow through on a project without having to practically stalk them… At Your Service was a very pleasant surprise.

My wife and I have a 6 month old and two 6 year olds so you could only imagine how challenging it is when the AC goes out on a Friday night and its near 100 degrees outside. We thought we would have to wait until Monday. I started searching for a HVAC company to make repairs and was fortunate to find «At Your Service Heating & Cooling». I called the number and was greeted by the receptionist (cant remember the name but if you read this TY soooo much for helping us) who informed me that they would get someone out to help right away. One of their technicians showed up promptly and «on time» and the first thing I noticed was a «clean» vehicle and a professional appearance, he even wore a clean and professional uniform (This was important to me because the last company that came to my house the guy had sweat stains all over and looked as if he just woke up from a long night partying). The technician was very friendly, professional and assured us that he was not leaving until he found the problem. The problem ended up being insulation getting sucked up into the unit because the home builder didn’t properly seal the duct. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it and cleaned up. I am highly impressed with «At Your Service Heating & Cooling», their professionalism and rapid response on a weekend. I HIGHLY recommend them. TY «At Your Service Heating & Air» for saving us.

Just had this company install a complete new HVAC system in my house, including new unit, new thermostat, and new duct work. Bryan was professional, showed up when he said he would, cleaned up after himself, and was ‘way past reasonable with his charges. Even his helper, Colton, was friendly and professional. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

Bryan came out to replace a Air handler motor on my aging system. My motor had failed being over 30 years old! He was vary knowledgeable and helped get my system up and running. He even spent time explaining opting to keep my system in top condition. I highly recommend «At Your Service»

Fast service, good customer service, just a bit pricey. Over $ 200 for what sounded like a small repair but i dont know too much about air conditioner repairs so it may have been priced right. Either way, I would still recommend this company.
