I love this bank because the bankers are really nice and they help out all my friends and family. I always work with Saul he’s real nice. Chase in Yuba City next to Java Detour is the best I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a bank that has bankers that actually care about you not just take your money for their benefit.

Excellent staff!!! I have had all great experiences from the tellers, to sitting down with a banker, to using the ATM! This is definitely my favorite bank and it really is a GREAT bank to use for checking account!

First time at this Chase branch… unfortunately, I came here with my mom as she was closing out her account. As far as the service here, they were excellent! While my brother and I were waiting for our mom, not just one, but 2 people came and asked if we needed assistance… and even though my mom was here to close her account, they were still very friendly. They also have complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa by the front door! I’ve never seen that at any other bank before!

I love coming here. Friendly staff. OMG! They want my money, ewwwww.. but overall, can’t beat free coffee upon walking in while you wait in line. Warms you up… anyways, I’m done reviewing Chase, I’m next in line. To Be Continued. :)
