Cost-U-Less Insurance

Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful besides the girl that sits by the door. Her attitude sucks and doesn’t stick with her job and has her kid right there. Paying more attention to him and his tablet than us. So annoying and unprofessional. Never going with her again. Beside that, the rest of the people working there are really nice.

Terrible. I thought I’d be saving money by going here but the name is deceitful, it’s no better then ANY other insurance company as far as prices. The people are so rude & inconsiderate, customer service is clearly not their priority. I will tell every person I know to never use this company so they don’t have to endure what I did. I feel sorry for whoever’s paying these people to work, what a waste. If I could give it no stars, I would.

Wow, this place is the worst. Every single time I have to deal with the people in this office I am amazed that they even stay in business. I waited 45 minutes for someone to help me and finally the girl at the desk offers to schedule me an appointment for the next day. When I came in for my appointment they said they didn’t do appointments and I had to wait another 40 minutes.
When my policy was going to expire I called and asked about other options and they gave me a quote over the phone and said I would need to come in to finalize it. When I got into the office they said they couldn’t get it for that price after all.
I finally called the «complaint line» they have posted on the wall and was transfered to a person that didn’t speak enough English to communicate with me, let alone process a complaint or fix a problem.
What a joke. If you can afford anything else, take it. This place isn’t worth the headache, even if their rates are lower.
