For starters they sure know how to take care of their customers. I had called about a small complaint and the owner, Leslie, was incredibly friendly and apologetic. Since I have received and sent orders through them flawlessly before, I simply called just to inform her of the mishap. She offered me basically anything she could to make me happy. She was fantastic. I told her that I didn’t want anything, and just wanted to give her the courtesy of knowing. Well, she generously surprised me with an apology! Which I feel is completely unnecessary, however, who is seriously going to argue with chocolate dipped fruit! Thank you, Leslie! Moral of the story: People are human, and things happen. It is how you treat others in the moment of complaining, or soothing a complainer. Treat others how you want to be treated.

AWFULCUSTOMERSERVICE! I was promised my arrangement would arrive before noon and it didn’t. I wouldn’t have ordered it knowing it wouldn’t get there before noon because that’s when my mom leaves work. I called the store and the lady on the phone was terrible. She said the truck would get there when it gets there but by that time my mom was already gone. My mother received her gift a day late because of this. Never again will I waste money on this location.

Wow I received an Edible Arrangement from my husband and it was so yummy! All of the fruit was so fresh and delicious the chocolate covered apples and bananas were so good. I went down to the store to order one for a friend for Easter and Miranda was very nice and helpful she showed me all of the different arrangements they are making for Easter she explained the sizes to make sure there was enough for everybody. The best customer service I have received in a long time! She was all smiles and her eyeshadow was so pretty we laughed that she used«fruit colors».I will be using them in the future. I am glad to see them in our town I wish them much success!

I LOVE edible arrangements and order them for numerous occasions a year and usually the process is seamless. That was until I attempted to place an order at the yuba city location. I went online to figure out which arrangement would work best for my grandfather’s birthday and was excited to see the large banner on the website stating that I still had over an hour to place an order for same day delivery… yay! Once I figured out my order I called the yuba city store and started to place my order when the girl on the phone rudely and sharply responded that it was too late for any more deliveries. I told her about what was stated on the website and asked if she would honor it, should quickly responded«NO!» …so I contacted the corporate office who apologized for her behavior but said there was nothing they could do. If stores are allowed to set deliever cut off times on their own then what is the point of having an ad online that states something misleading and different? AND let’s be honest, Yuba City is not that large of a place, I spoke with two different people from the store and wonder why one of them could have made the delivery which was less than 5 mins away from their store. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store! They have lost me as a customer for good… which is a shame because it’s almost mother’s day and I wanted to place orders for my mom, grandma and aunt… Sherri’s Berries here I come!(forgot to mention that I live 3 hours away so picking it up myself was not an option)

My husband treated me to a bouquet of fruit from Edible Arrangements and brought it to my work, There were many ooooo’s and awwwww’s and oh my goodness this is amazing! My co-workers and I thoroughly enjoyed the arrangement. Fresh fruit and awesome customer service per my husband. Can’t wait to return!

I have had several boxes of Edible Arrangements but never an actual arrangement in a basket. Leslie Coupe the owner gave me a huge, beautiful arrangement for my ribbon cutting. Everyone was so impressed with the pineapple flowers, truffles and chocolate strawberries. Thank you so much for your generosity!!! You always go above and beyond!

I LOVE Edible Arrangements. I ordered an arrangement through the Yuba City store and it turned out amazing, and the customer service there was great as well! The chocolate covered strawberries are to die for!

My order turned out perfect. Everything was very fresh and tasty! Being as broke as I am(not cheap I swear!) I got the smallest arrangement available, and it turned out bigger than it looks online. I was happy with my order and so was my grandma. I was in and out of the store when I picked up my arrangement in less than a minute, woot!

I absolutely LOVE Edible Arrangements, and have ordered from many different stores depending on where the recipients live and will continue to(except for this location)… I’m not one to complain either but I was very aggravated by this place. Last week was my Dad’s birthday so I ordered from this particular store because it was what came up when I put in his zip code. Well his birthday came and went and the arrangement was not delivered. I went on to the website and it still said«Pending.» I sent an email asking what the status was. I received an email back advising that they had sent me an email yesterday letting me know they did not deliver to my Dad’s area. Um… no they didn’t… I receive all of my emails on my phone which sits right next to me all day at work and I never received one email… I checked my trash box and junk mail box and guess what… no email! I sent back an email advising that I had never received their email and that I would not be using their services in the future. If I had known they could not deliver to his area, which is in the same county, I would have ordered something else to be delivered to him! I said that I should have been notified immediately if they did not deliver to this area… is it too much to pick up the phone and call your customer? Instead of an apology or some kind of acknowledgment that no, they had not notified me, I instead receive a rude email back from the owner of this place Leslie stating«This email was sent to you at 11:40AM(um no it was not)… check your email and no were on our website does it say we deliver to Brownsvalley… this is not our error. We responded to you as soon as we got the order(nope you didn’t). when you placed it on the website, we respond VIAEMAIL.» Yep, caps and all. Great way to do business.
