My wife and I bought our used fifth wheel in September 2015, it is now January 2016 and we have not yet received our registration and tags which we paid for in the paperwork. We are now filing a complaint with dmv to investigate which they have told us no paperwork has been submitted. My wife has made several calls to ET and we don’t get a definite answer and when they say they’ll call us back they dont, and I also have emailed which they do not respond to. Wish us good luck and think again on purchasing from this place. I know I wont!!!
P.S if zero stars were available, that’s what they would get

We lost our house in the Valley fire so we decided to get a trailer to live in while we figured out if we would rebuild or buy a new home. We bought a 2007 fifth wheel trailer looked to be in good shape but I paid them $ 500.00 to look over everything and make sure we wouldn’t have any problems. We’ve had the trailer for two weeks now and the washing machine doesn’t work they won’t come out and fix it they want me to bring it to them and this morning the holding tank starting leaking. The service manager is very rude on the phone and does not follow up on anything.
I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS !!

My family has been looking to upgrade our travel trailer and we found a Rockwood model at ET Quality RV that we really liked. The floor plan was perfect for us and we decided to buy it. We are so thrilled with the trailer and the service we have received from all of the staff at ET Quality RV. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied with the trailer and they’ve exceeded our expectations on every level. We are very happy we bought the trailer from them and it’s great to know that we are developing a relationship with a local quality dealer. Thank you!

If they had no stars I would definitely use it. This place is a joke. I called two days ago to see if I could setup a repair the man told me the service lady would be in in 45 minutes so they would call me then to date no call. Now their business hours are 800 am and I called at 810 am. I will be sure to tell all friends to boycott this establishment. AWFUL BUSINESS

We are newbies as far as travel trailers go, but ET Quality RV was the best experience. Norval was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We got the trailer we wanted for a great price. All of the Staff have been wonderful too! It’s nice to deal with people that care what you think about them and this business reflects that.
