Fed Ex is a terrible company. The driver or drivers in the Browns Valley, CA area simply don’t care about their job. I have had 8 packages delivered not just to the wrong house, but to just a random gate with no address on it, 1 mile from my house. My packages are literally just sitting on the side of the road. 2 of these 8 parcels have been stolen, costing me hundreds of dollars. I have called and explained this numerous times and nothing ever changes. As a home business owner, this is not acceptable. No reimbursement, not even a sincere apology. I never use this company anymore, unfortunately new clients sometimes do. Do yourself a favor and use a company that actually cares for it’s customers. I would give 0 stars if Unilocal allowed!

This review is about the customer service clerks not the delivery service, which is great, knock on wood. If you ever been FedEx while you are the only one there you are guaranteed to wait. They have a courtesy bell as you enter but if an employee is not at the desk be prepared to wait. Today I went to have something delivered and guess what? No clerk at the desk and I wait to see if anyone would come along and help me. I wait and then hear a voice say, ‘let me know when you are ready’. I say I am ready and then wait a little longer before the clerk come out from the back. I understand labor is tight at retail locations by this is getting on my nerve all the waiting that I and others have to wait for customer service.
