Heritage Property Management Services

Jeez, the other reviews I’ve been ready are pretty scary. Are we talking about the same company? The women I’ve been dealing with have been courteous and professional. They even helped educate me on what property management companies can and can not do, and helped me get back upwards of $ 750 from a previous bad experience. I’ve got nothing but a great things to say about Heritage.

This property management company has bent over backward to meet my needs as a potential renter.
I came to town to sign the lease on a rental with another management company and when I realized that the place hasn’t even been cleaned, it was back to square one.
I walked into Heritage’s office on a Friday afternoon and explained my situation. One of the ladies was nice enough to show me two properties even though their next available showing appointment wasn’t until Wednesday of the following week. I decided I liked one of the properties (however both were in great condition and spotless!) and filled out an application for a rental with the same floor plan. This rental was not ready to be shown yet, but based on the condition of the other two units I viewed, I was comfortable renting sight unseen.
I was informed that the carpet in the living room and hallway of my unit was being replaced and that the whole place was being repainted. The carpets in the bedrooms would be cleaned before move in.
I was under somewhat of a time crunch to get moved to town, and the property managers again catered to me in order to make it work. However, when I got the keys and began moving my stuff into the unit, there was a strong odor of cat urine in the bedrooms. One bedroom in particular was so bad that it was not even livable. I was nervous that they would not want to do anything about it, as I had already signed the lease, but when I called them on Monday after moving in, they were more than nice about the whole situation. They are going to replace all of the bedroom carpets as well!
I would recommend this company to any potential renters, and have in fact referred a couple of my friends to their listings.
