I used Natomas today to tow my vehicle. There were a few complications on my end and they were extremely helpful… and patient. I have to say that it was as if I had worked with them many times and we were on a very friendly basis. Dina was totally awesome. I wish they were closer to where I live so I would have a chance to utilize the other services they offer.

In December, sometime around 11pm I had decided to start up my truck to warm up before leaving my house. When I went to get into the truck to leave I noticed that I possibly locked the keys in the running truck. At first I thought the driver door handle was broken just like the passenger handle. It wasn’t broken… Somehow after I shut the door it locked by itself. Never even touched the lock button! Called AAA and they had informed me that service would be on its way! They gave me an approximate wait time of about 15 minutes. The natomas tow truck driver showed up in 10 minutes! The speedy response time that they provide for the AAA customers is amazing! Will be happy to use Natomas Towing through AAA in the future!

My mom locked her keys in her car today at Walmart. My mom called Triple AAA, and within 10 mins James was there, he spent 90 mins struggling to get the car unlocked. Jeeps are very hard to open, he tried everything to get it to unlock. Finally he called in the big boss, and within in 10 mins the Jeep was unlocked. Thanks James for trying everything to get it open, making us laugh, and being such a nice guy.

We can probably agree that car trouble is not something people enjoy experiencing. No one I know has ever said: «Gee, let’s see if we can some how break down some where inconvenient with no cell service so we have to just WAIT and pray we can get help.» Ya… Nope. Doesn’t happen. Being that as it may, when we do get «lucky» enough to have a break down, we usually can expect the rest of the day/​night to suck.
Then the arrival of Doug Quigley with Natomas Towing and Transport completely destroyed any hopes of a miserable experience. I have to be straight forward here and say I was pretty darn impressed.
Doug was neatly dressed in standard tow truck operator garb and very clean in appearance. He has a very long beard that is well manicured and was not frightening in the least. I mention the beard because it adds to his over all character unlike some I have seen that made the person look intimidating and unapproachable. He was very outgoing but not chatty. He was both quick AND efficient. Not to be confused with each other.
Right away he asked the needed questions, asked for a signature, verified the destination address and got to loading the nightmare on the back of the truck. We all went to the drop point as a caravan where he again quickly and efficiently unloaded with care, verified all was good, and we were ok. The whole thing could not possibly take. More than 15 minutes from start to finish.
Hands down the best bad experience I can recollect in a really really long time if EVER.

I had a flat on Highway 70. I called AAA. They contacted Natomas Towing & Transport. Glen came and put on a spare for me. He completed everything before the time came when AAA had said he would be there! I was delighted with the service.

The fuel pump in my 17 year-​old car died unexpectedly when i was in Marysville for business this last week. I called AAA and they dispatched a tow truck to me driven by my new buddy Jerry. It was a hot day and Jerry even had a cooler full of cold water in his truck. I was impressed.
He towed me to the Natomas garage where my other new buddy Charles got on my situation right away even though he had a bunch of other cars filling his garage. I was able to give Charles a good history of the repairs I’d done to my car and that helped him with his diagnosis. After about 30 minutes, he confirmed my suspicions. At that point, it made more sense to tow my car back to San Jose where the original shop who replaced my fuel pump could repair it under warranty. Charles only charged me for 30 minutes of diagnostic work and we ended up shooting the breeze until Jerry could come back. It is a shame I don’t live in the Marysville area since Charles gave me a really good price on getting the fuel pump replaced with an OEM part. I’d have gladly let him do the work.

My son and wife got a flat tire, called AAA roadside and they sent out Natomas Towing to change the tire. The service person said after some time struggling to remove two lug nuts that he couldn’t get them off. He suggested that we tow the car to our house. We live much further than the 5 miles that the roadside coverage allows, so he was told that we would just leave the car and we would come back tomorrow with the tools to change it ourselves.

I am just writing this in appreciation of Ray of Natomas Towing of Yuba-​Sutter located in Yuba City, California. After filling my car with gas, I decided to check the air pressure of my tires. Somehow I left the car key in the ignition and locked myself out of the car. Pretty embarassing. Especially as my better half was coming out of the Shell Station’s store just when I had locked myself out. I have always criticized her for her absent-​minded mistakes and now I was the foolish one. I contacted AAA and they sent Ray my way. He got all my info off the computer so I didn’t have to show my AAA card and ID, etc and he quickly and in very good humor unlocked my door and sent us on our way. Very classy man, that Ray!
