Dr. Peppercorn is the best doctor I’ve ever visited, and that includes his staff! I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment, if at all. The staff is always extremely friendly and attentive. The Doctor explains what’s going on so you feel informed and takes pride in his work. I wish he could be my doctor for everything!

My family has been very loyal by going to Dr. Peppercorn for almost twenty years and I had called to make MY first appointment with him after my entire immediate family highly recommended him. I was very polite and was looking forward to my potential visit when the receptionist rudely interrupted me stating that they no longer accept new patients and then hung up. She didn’t squeeze me in because my immediate family goes to him, nor did she apologize for the inconvenience and refer me to someone else in the area… My family will now be finding a new dermatologist, strictly because of the way my phone conversation was handled. So much for loyal patients!
