It’s too easy to be smitten with a home’s many bells and whistles, only to find that there’s mold in the attic, an old roof, mandatory flood insurance, or worse, a party-​hearty neighbor «between jobs» with 12 kids. No thanks.
Also, Rick sacrificed evenings and weekends for several months to show homes far from his «beat». Additionally, he promptly replies to all emails and phone calls and persistently advocates for the needs of his buyer.
