Basically paid them $ 125.00 to glue an existing PVC piece and wait for it to dry in my sprinkler system. Plumber never checked all the sprinklers that were leaking… low and behold after the area dried out, I turned the sprinklers back on and I still have a leak. Another guy came out when I said they were still leaking, he didn’t check the system. When I turned them on again, still leaking… Now they want me to pay again to check or not check the leak… Terrible! I was also told to call a landscape company. Wish they would have told me they are not capable of fixing sprinkler system leaks. Would NOT recommend this company unless you want to pay and still have a leak! One star is too many for the service I received.

Roto Rooter helped me again! Yep. I called and the plumber arrived 30 minutes later… no more clogged sink and their service is consistent… they are polite on the phone and in –person. They are fast and have set «fair» rates. This is important to me as I live on a budget.

IMO $ 95 to unclog a stubborn toilet is definitely worth it. Came out within an hour. Glad we called them!

$ 125 for the first hour, but they don’t charge to come by and take a look. Mike came right by and told us he didn’t recommend putting on a water pressure meter. He didn’t think we needed one. Another plumber doing a different job for us had recommended that we get one. So I priced around to check on his rate. We will likely call Roto Rooter back when we are in next in need of a plumber.
