You lost a sale of a new washer and dryer to Home Depot because you dont open until 10:00 am on weekdays. Try opening at 08:00 am, you might pick up some business.

My husband purchased an $ 800.00 air compressor from Sears online. When he went to the store to pick it up, the sales clerk suggested that he purchase and extended warranty that would mean any problems with the unit would be serviced in our home by the Sears technicians. When he got the unit set up, it would not work. We called Sears to get service and we were told that Sears does not service this product. Had we not had a problem early on, we would be stuck with a worthless extended warranty. We called and spoke to the department manager. He was helpful but said that we had to speak to the General Manager. He said that the GM would call us in about 20 minutes when he finished a conference call. That was a week ago. The only call we got from Sears is someone else trying to sell us the same worthless extended warranty. My husband had to go to the store and wait through endless red tape to get a refund for something that should never have been offered to him in the first place. Not surprised that Sears is in trouble.

We have been looking for a treadmill for quite a while. They are obviously expensive, which makes research important. Well, today was the day. We were helped by a young lady named Bobbi. She was great! She helped us decide which one we liked. She was extremely knowledgeable, all the while helping the others at her register. She talked to us about deals, and extra added costs, financing options, etc. She knew it all. And when we asked for her to give us a little while to think, she was gracious and didn’t show us any issue. The manager, I forgot his name, was also really courteous. It was his priority to make sure we were happy when we left. ANDWEWERE. I usually hate this store, I feel like they have FINALLY got people who care. I will be back.

3 for the tools and work shoes. Customer service can lack. Clothing departments appear cluttered and most clearance racks are over stuffed and sizes are mixed. Appliance center is a bit better and not to much on the up sales. In short be ready to drive north or south.
