For me the only saving grace was the physical therapy aide Jeanie she’s a sweetheart. One of their main physical therapists is a different piece of furniture and somewhat difficult to get along with because I feel that he feels what he says is the word of God. Their front desk staff was rude during my initial phone call to get my prescription filled. I Drive 40 miles to go there for personal reasons and being 10 minutes late they canceled me and rescheduled me so so much for good customer service. I personally work for a hospital very close that used to have very poor ratings which is now turned around 100% and we go out of our way to be accommodating for the patient and will do whatever it takes to make sure the patient is seen on sad day. 10 minute being late is nothing! 20 minutes late is realistically not that bad. When we go to a doctor’s office we have to wait on them for how long? I can also say that I have been there to this physical therapy on time and they have made me wait 20 minutes. I’m very upset with the level of service and will be taking my new prescription elsewhere just as soon as my self is able to. I’m sure some people will find this to be a good physical therapy practice but my experience has been poor at best. The level of attention I feel you get is also something to be desired. So give it a shot you may like it I can’t wait to get out of that place just because they have been rude and unhelpful and that’s not what I want when it comes to health care!

I’ve been going to Sutter North Physical Therapy for about 2 months and I have noticed a huge difference in my recovery since my surgery on March 19th. Dave is my therapist and he has helped me tremendously. He has a great personality and really does what it takes to help in the recovery process. He is passionate about helping his patients and knows how to customize the treatment plan to best meet your needs. If you have surgery or just twist, bend or break something on your body then ask to see Dave. He will get you back to yourself before you know it! Therapy really does help if you give it a chance and really try to do the exercises! Happy Healing!
